At Glano, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your eyewear online.

If your purchase isn't right for you, you may be entitled to return it in accordance with our returns policy and your statutory consumer rights.

14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL

For eligible online purchases, consumers in Ireland and the EU generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive their goods.

You don't have to provide a reason for cancelling your purchase within this period.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, the goods should be returned within the applicable timeframe.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To help us process your return, please ensure that:

• The sunglasses are in unused and resalable condition.
• The original case and accessories are included.
• Original packaging is retained where reasonably possible.
• The product has not been damaged, altered or personalised.
• Any protective films or labels remain intact where applicable.

Please take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Your order number
• Your name
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for your return, if you wish to provide one

2. Receive return instructions

We'll provide the relevant instructions for returning your order.

3. Package your eyewear securely

Please use suitable protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

4. Send your return

Return the item using the instructions provided by our customer service team.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will process any refund due to you in accordance with applicable consumer law and our returns policy.

Where a refund is due, it will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by law, refunds will include the applicable standard delivery charge paid for the original order.

We may be permitted to deduct an amount where the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory consumer rights are separate from our voluntary returns policy.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.

Please contact us before returning a faulty item so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for another model, colour or size, please contact us.

Where an exchange is not available, we can advise you on the available return and refund options.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where an applicable legal exception applies—for example, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Any such exclusions will be clearly communicated before purchase.

IMPORTANT

This policy does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights you have under Irish or EU law.

If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
